Orenda Talbott
Bookkeeper and Substitute
Orenda has been with Montessori Children’s House since March of 2020. She does our bookkeeping and many aspects of office management, and is a frequent substitute teacher in all three classrooms, from infants to preprimary. She is
compassionate and loving with our children, and they love when Miss Orenda can be in their classrooms. She enjoys finding a way to include them, with fun songs and joyful laughter, whether she is repairing their work projects or books, or playing with them, or cuddling in the classroom. Orenda has a BA in Music, and has worked with children of all ages since 2011. She
has one son, a middle schooler, who brings much joy to her life. As multi-talented as she is, Orenda enjoys cooking delicious and creative meals for her family, and sometimes for larger groups of people, including for some of our school functions. When she is not in the classroom, you will find her handling the many other needs of the school.
